Every study begins with the same underlying objective – to increase a company’s revenue and profitability. However, the fact pattern in each project is unique and needs to be treated as such. With this in mind, we have developed a specific process that allows us to formulate a clear picture of the competitive landscape and market environment so that a plan of action becomes clear.
Every project starts with thorough fact gathering, field research efforts. These efforts are accomplished in an interactive fashion, whereby continual feedback is provided to the client so the efforts can be fine-tuned. Once 80% to 90% of the facts in a study have been gathered, typically an Interim Report is submitted for the client to review. This allows confirmation that the study is meeting its objectives, and enables RSR to make any necessary corrections or adjustments to the study.
